Wits MRU team attended training for the Contraceptive Induced Menstrual Changes (CIMC) study Phase 3. The training took place on 14th -18th September 2026 at Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo. Five WMRU staff (Amanda Mona, Bongeka Qiya, Lungelo Ndlovu, Jenni Smit and Nzwakie Mosery) joined our collaborating partners from FHI360 (USA), Two Oceans in Health, Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) USA, Profamilia (Dominican Republic). The study teams were joined by the electronic data capture team, Kobo & The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). The training was interactive and allowed all partners to share their expertise, edit study materials, developed the data collection plans and logistics and practice data collection using the KOBO tool.
