Mags Beksinska participated in the  book launch of Sinikithemba in September.Sinikithemba tells the remarkable story of Durban’s McCord Hospital and its pioneering role in HIV care, treatment and research during the height of South Africa’s HIV epidemic.

Mags Beksinska attended the 41st ISO/Technical Committee 157 in Amsterdam in October 2026. She chairs the Clinical Trials Working Group which develops Standards for clinical trials of  non-systemic contraceptives and STI barrier prophylactics.

Mags Beksinska attended  The 18th European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health (ESC Congress) in Belgrade, Serbia, in May 2026.  Two posters and one oral poster was presented during the conference.
