Wits MRU wishes the Springboks the best of luck for the RWC tomorrow.

On July 19th the  Durban US Consul General Anne Linnee  and Suraya Dawad,  the USAID Project Management Specialist – HIV/AIDS visited WMRU to meet staff and hear more about our research and programme activities .

On July 31st WMRU held a lunch for Prof Jenni Smit to celebrate her  time as Executive Director of the Unit and her change of role  to Senior technical Advisor

Wits MRU staff presented in several oral, poster and satellite sessions at the 11th SAAIDS conference at the Durban International Conference Centre between the 20th  and 23rd June 2023.

On the 22nd of May representatives of CONRAD and USAID visited Wits MRU to meet with project ENGAGE staff.
